Shipping & Delivery Information

We are proud that our customers have verified in a survey that our ability to deliver goes far beyond that of our competitors. As we supply lights for the stage, show and film lighting area and LED retrofit lighting for shops and hotels – we understand that everything is required urgently.  Generally, we are able to dispatch orders if we receive the order by 13:00 pm, on the day of your order.  Our team will notify you of the exact delivery times and shipping costs within our written offer/confirmation.
We use leading partner logistical partners including DHL, UPS and Parcelforce, plus others.  We will update you of the tracking details including delivery expectations and updates from the courier.
We welcome collections from our warehouse facility close to Heathrow.
Collections are available Monday through Friday between 09:00 am and 17.30 pm. We will contact you promptly regarding possible dates for pick-up of your goods.

It is difficult to state the exact shipping costs in advance. Various factors like the shipment method selected ( express, airfreight, etc.), surcharges from freight forwarders, and the delivery location (for example, international shipments) effect the actual delivery costs. We therefore process your enquiry/order in our logistics department first and determine the most economical shipping cost for you. We provide you with this information in our written offer.

For UK Account Clients, we offer free delivery within the UK for orders exceeding £200.00 net values, based on standard UK area codes and for standard sizes consignments.  Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge starting at £12.00 net value.
There are some logistical areas within the UK that incur additional charges, our team will inform you of any additional charges at the time of your order.
There may be additional charges depending on the packed weight and dimensions of the shipment, our team will inform you of this at the time of your order.
Special delivery requests including AM delivery, Timed delivery, Saturday delivery will incur additional charges, our team will inform you of these at the time of your order.
We have been working with UPS for many years. If you prefer shipping with a different company, we are happy to consider that. Notify us of the name of your preferred freight forwarder in your enquiry/order and we will handle the rest.

We understand that sometimes not everything goes to plan with deliveries.  Our warehouse staff are experienced with handling and packing fragile items and we do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives safely and correctly.

If you have any complaint about your delivery upon arrival, we would ask you to contact our sales team within 3 days of the arrival of your goods, by either via phone or email to advise of the issue.
